E61 2008: Is it possible to change the language in VOICE COMMANDER SYSTEM? I both a car in Germany and it has german language in VOICE COMMAND CONTROL, is it possible to change? I managed to change the language of navigation menu to English, but not the "VOICE" | |
| Your local BMW dealer can do that for you. The software needs to be reloaded into the system, with the correct language. I had it programmed from German to English in our E61 LCI from 2007. | |
| No you can only choose german on the inbuilt voice command, at least on cars produced before -10/11 I think :( | |

Negotiated with the BMW dealer and got it included in the deal, among with some other stuff, since they were very firm on the price on this car. I have heard that the normally charge 1500-2000 SEK for the coding. |
