I kall och fuktig väderlek vill inte värmefläkten starta. Plötsligt kan den gå igång men aldrig tidigare än 10min från start. Som många tipsat om vid fläktproblem så har jag nu bytt slutsteg/fläktmotstånd men utan förbättring. Nyputsade kontaktstift på fläkt, AC-kontroll och fläktmotstånd så de är fria från oxidation. Fläkten började smågnissla i fjol så jag smorde upp den med ett par droppar motorolja. Höll väl 6 mån sen kom gnisslet tillbaka. Kan det ökade motståndet av mina gnälliga lager vid kyla göra att fläkten vägrar dra igång? Rekommenderas fläktbyte eller nåt annat jag kan kolla innan? | |

Samma problem här! Om du hittat en lösning så vore jag väldigt tacksam om du ville dela med dig av den! För min del så dör både kupéfläkten och displayen till kliman. Den startar om sig några gånger för att sedan fungera normalt. Detta vid kall väderlek. Hoppas det löste sig för din del! |

Nu är mysteriet äntligen löst. Fläktbyte gjorde susen. Vet inte vad som var fel med den gamla... Tänk vad glad man kan bli för lite varm luft mitt i bistra vintern. |

Vägrade betala 6000 för en ny fläkt så det blev en beg för 1000-lappen. Om din fläkt stannar samtidigt som panelen mörkläggs låter det som en felande ac-panel (inte ovanligt). Kostar beg runt 1000-lappen den med. Tar c:a 30min att byta ut så här: "WARNING!!! before you remove this control unit the BMW TIS says that you have to remove fuse 63 and remove the ignition key from ignition switch it also says that it will require coding but i followed the warning reconnected the AC panel replaced fuse 63 and tested all ok working as before. Its says in the TIS to use special removal pins, one on each side of the unit and pull it outwards. I did it this way. Remove the trim panel above the glovebox and above the radio, undo the two screws that hold the radio in then remove the radio. I then removed the upper storage box (just below the Ac panel) it comes out just by pulling it, you can now get your hand on the back of the AC control unit, the Ac panel will come out by putting pressure on the back of the unit,as its only clipped in it should just pop out. I had to push on my Ac panel quite hard for it to release. If your updating the older type Ac panel with one from a late 2002 onwards the good news is that it will fit and that all of the plugs on the back of the units are the same." Det krävs ett ordentligt ryck för metallklipsen att släppa taget när du ska ut med ac-panelen. |
