Har sökt men hittar inget, hur man går ditt väga när man skall byta turbo på min 330d-02 Någon som gjort de som kanske har bilder o hur man gör? Mvh Johan | |

Ingen som har info hur man kommer åt turbon under eller ovan ifrån, o hur man gör???? |

Hmm, Haynes eller Bentleys har fortfarande ingen verkstadshandbok till dieseln. Hittade denna textbeskrivning på engelska: Länk "I did mine three weeks ago, bit of nightmare to be honest. I have a 07 tis and this suggested that the turbo comes out the front, however with a late e46 2005 model with electronic actuator this is not the case. Right, put the car up on all four axle stands. remove engine cover pollen filter etc remove air filter and housing remove bottom engine cover remove ali plate remove intercooler to turbo pipe There are two oil pipes running from the turbo, one to the top running to the front of the engine and one at the bottom running to the rear of the engine. remove them both. The turbo is secured at the bottom of the manifold by three bolts, pull out the metal plate to reveal the bolts, there also three rubber grommets in the air filter area.And also a plate near the bottom oil pipe Drop the exhaust system and remember to disconnect the lamba sensor. Remove the top bolts and lower bolts. Turbo is now free, but will take some play in order to remove it through the exhaust pipe hole. Replace with new turbo change oil, oil filter, air filter, oil breather. Check that oil pipes are clear before replacing. Make sure everything is very clean. Put everything else back, check and double check everything is tight. Putting the exhaust back to the turbo is very difficult and will take time and patience. Prime engine oil before firing up. The only way I could do this was to turn the engine over but try my best not to start for several minutes. Test drive and check everything is OK, take time to run the turbo in and dont stress it to early." |

Kort version: Själva turbon sitte med tre bultar som du kommer genom att plocka bort luftfiltret. Då ser du tre pluggar du kan ta bort. Turbon plockas bort underifrån. För demontering av alla anslutningar och kåpor etc så finns allt att läsa i inlägget ovan. |
