Terms and Conditions of Use Formation of Contract 1.1 Upon authorisation of a User by Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft, D-80788 Munich (hereinafter referred to as "BMW") or a subsidiary, a contractual relationship shall be formed between BMW and the User concerning access to the technical information provided in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Business. 1.2 The User will be informed of any changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Business. They shall become provisions of the contract unless the User objects within a period of one month. 1.3 Subject of the contract is the use of virtual articles (e.g. technical information). Authorisation 2.1 Authorisation shall be granted by BMW or a BMW subsidiary under the following conditions: • The User completes the application for authorisation in full and forwards it to BMW or the subsidiary in his country. • The User belongs to the category of persons defined in the Group Exemption Ruling (GVO) with headquarters in the European Union. 2.2 After receipt of confirmation of authorisation from BMW, the User may access all the information that is provided. Charges for Use BMW reserves the right to demand payment for the use of the virtual articles. At present, use is free of charge within the scope of a trial operation. The date as of which a charge will be made will be announced in good time by BMW over the portal. The charge will amount to approx. EUR 60,-- a quarter. Use of the information provided 4.1 The User may use the information provided only for the workman-like execution of maintenance and repair work carried out at his workshop. It is forbidden to duplicate this information or to pass it on to third parties. 4.2 In the event that the information is used improperly, BMW may close the User's access or terminate the contract with immediate effect. 4.3 Improper use is considered to have taken place when, and in particular, the data • is passed on to third parties or • stored or duplicated electronically. Safety Instructions The information provided is intended for the workman-like execution of maintenance and repair work for unchanged BMW vehicles. The precondition for carrying out the aforementioned work is finished training as a motor vehicle mechanic and regular further training. If the information provided stipulates the use of special tools, these are mandatory for carrying out proper repair work. Liability Users make use of the information provided at their own risk. BMW will update the information provided at regular intervals. Any contractual or legal liability on the part of BMW is excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of BMW. This shall not affect BMW's liability for the lack of promised attributes. Life of Contract Authorisation may be for a limited or indefinite period. After the date from which payment is collected, authorisation may be limited to the calendar year. It shall be extended by a further calendar year if the User pays the relevant annual basic fee. Indefinite authorisations may be terminated by the User with a 6 week period of notice by means of an e-mail quoting the customer number. BMW may terminate indefinite authorisations with a 6 week period of notice. This shall not affect the right to terminate limited authorisations for important reasons. Data Protection Your details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the laws concerning data protection. Upon request you may obtain details of the information about you that is stored by BMW AG and, if necessary, request that the data be corrected, deleted or blocked. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction All legal disputes arising from or in connection with this contract, shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of performance and sole legal venue for all claims in connection with contract is Munich, unless required otherwise by law. |

1. Man har inte rätt att besöka denna sida utan auktorisation från sin generalagent. 2. "sura" kan inte ha varit inne för alla vet att man använder de sista 7 tecknen i ch nr och om man använder det på rätt ställe på denna sida så kommer också all intressant information om det efterfrågade fordonet fram. 3. Det kostar c:a 1 euro per 10 min att söka info. så var beredd på fakturan. 3. Sura måse jobba på BMW om han har tillgång till kod. Det är inte trovärdigt att han då skulle skylta med att han har tillgång till denna sida. Jobbar man på BMW eller på nån återförsäljare så förutsätter jag att man inte sprider kunskap om de i sitt arbete förvärvade informationer, de skriver ju precis som alla andra på ett kontrakt om lojalitet när man anställs. Det ingår liksom i alla anställningar. |

Jaha,så du menar att jag ljuger.Tror inte du vet riktigt vad du pratar om. Jag har varit inne där sedan 2003 och det har inte kostat mej något än. Det kanske finns olika nivåer på vad man kan se när man är inloggad. Det gick att registrera sig där förrut från någon webbsida,kommer inte ihåg var. Jag kan varje fall se info om en bil och söka i ETK (dock bara äldre modeller). Och nej jag jobbar inte på BMW. |
